Luxury property agency on the shores of Lake Geneva and at Portes du Soleil

Lake Geneva, the “little sea” in the heart of the Alps that was so cherished by Voltaire, is the largest lake in Western Europe, shared by France and the Swiss cantons of Geneva, Vaud and Valais.

Called Lac Léman in French, but named in English after one of the central cities on its shores, the lake extends far beyond the city limits of Geneva. With more than 500 km2 of fresh water and hundreds of kilometers of lakefront, its shores are lined with international economic centers (Nyon, Lausanne, Montreux), lakeside and spa towns (Thonon-les-Bains), and vineyards that slope steeply down to the water (the Lavaux hills)

Lake Geneva is a true inland sea symbolizing the archetype of the summer tourist trip. It represents true freedom, a territory to navigate far away from the stress of the roads on land. One of the most beautiful regattas is held every year on its waters: the “Bol d’Or.”

The city of Evian

The city of Evian, home to our offices and company headquarters and constructed with “belle époque” architecture, made its fortune with mineral water. It is  one of the three most attractive and internationally renowned sectors of the northern Alps, along with the global city of Geneva, home to some of the most important international institutions, and Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, with the highest peak in Western Europe (4,810 m) towering over it.

Extending from the southern (French) shores of Lake Geneva to the foothills of the Alps, our extraordinary region is located at the crossroads of Europe, on the border between Switzerland and Italy between the Lake and the Mountains. It is served by state-of-the-art transportation infrastructure: Geneva Airport, high-speed TGV train lines linking it to key European capitals, and a freeway network at the confluence of European traffic and transportation (Lyons-Turin-Milan).

Our region offers you a high-quality touristic opportunity. Equipped with a broad range of cultural and sporting activities amidst exceptional natural beauty, it offers a variety of landscapes not found anywhere else in the world.

Thonon-les-Bains and the Ripaille chateau

The historic capital of Chablais and sub-prefecture of the Haute-Savoie region, Thonon-les-Bains offers a rich heritage, natural areas and cultural sites, such as the Ripaille Château, which dates back to the 15th century. This château is surrounded by its own vineyard, and once served as the residence of the Dukes of Savoie. Located 11 km from Evian.

Yvoire, the Medieval village

Considered one of the “most beautiful villages in France,” this authentic Lake Geneva fishing village is thriving and bustling with artists and artisans, and is one of our region’s must-see sites. Located 26 km from Evian.

Geneva the international city

An international crossroads and a city of culture, science and parks, Geneva is brimming with treasures to discover: Place Neuve, the hub of Geneva’s art world; the Saint-Pierre Cathedral and its archeological site; Geneva’s natural harbor and its famous water fountain, the city center and Rue de Rhône, a true paradise for shoppers seeking luxury goods. Located 45 km from Evian.

Lausanne and the Olympic spirit

Lausanne, the capital of the canton of Vaud, is home to the International Olympic Committee and the Olympic museum, located in Ouchy. Lausanne also hosts many museums and exhibition sites. 35 minutes from Evian by boat. Located 68 km from Evian.

The Lavaux vineyards

In a mythical landscape on the banks of Lake Geneva, the location of the Lavaux vineyards provide its microclimate and reflections of sunlight. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, this manmade cultural landscape fascinates with its 400 km of walls and 10,000 terraced vineyards. Located 54 km from Evian.

As the cultural center of the Canton of Valais, this foundation hosts prestigious world-renowned exhibits every year.
You can also visit Martigny’s Gallo-Roman Archeological Museum, the Musée de l'Automobile car museum and the sculpture garden. Located just over the border in Switzerland, 60 km from Evian.

In the shadow of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe, the cosmopolitan touristic city of Chamonix is revered by those who enjoy mountaineering and alpine sports.
